Advertising Contract for Pikecomsnews.com News Website
This advertising contract (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on [date] by and between Pikecoms News (“Publisher”), and [Advertiser Name] (“Advertiser”).
1. Services
The Publisher agrees to provide advertising services to the Advertiser in the form of [type of ad], to be placed on the Publisher’s website www.pikecomsnews.com.
2. Term
The term of this Agreement shall begin on [DATE AD IS LIVE ON THE WEBSITE] and end on [WHEN THE ADVERTISER NO LONGER RENEWS THE ADVERTISEMENT]. This Agreement may be extended by mutual agreement of both parties.
3. Payment Terms
The Advertiser agrees to pay the Publisher the sum of [amount agreed] for [duration agreed] of ad placement on the Publisher’s website, payable in full before the ad placement begins. Payment can be made via [credit card or cash app]. Failure to make payment will result in suspension of ad placement.
4. Ad Placement
The ad shall appear on the website in accordance with the specifications agreed by both parties.
5. Ad Content

The Publisher reserves the right to reject or require modification of ad content that does not comply with its editorial policies or is of questionable legal, ethical, or technical nature.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Publisher shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from the ad placement, including, but not limited to, lost profits, consequential or punitive damages, or damages attributed to errors, omissions, or interruptions.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with prior written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Advertiser shall be refunded on a pro-rated basis for any unused portion of the ad placement.
8. Confidentiality
The parties acknowledge that they may access certain confidential information in the course of performing this Agreement. The parties hereby agree to keep confidential all such information and not to disclose it to third parties, except as reasonably required to perform this Agreement or as required by applicable law.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [state] without giving effect to its conflict-of-law provisions.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
